Welcome to the Frasers Broadway website. On this site, Frasers Property endeavours to provide current information on our plans for the former Old Kent Brewery site on Broadway. For the time being, we’ll be referring to this project as ‘Frasers Broadway’.

Frasers has assembled an international architectural team of Foster + Partners, Ateliers Jean Nouvel and Jeppe Andersen.  An equally strong Australian team is led by Richard Johnson, and includes Tzannes Associates, Tonkin Zulaikha Greer and Turf Design.

This group exhaustively tested the original concept plan for close to six months. Their recommendations, along with outcomes from our ongoing consultation with Council, the community and other stakeholders, have guided a number of modifications to the original concept plan. The concept plan modification has now been lodged with the NSW Department of Planning. We believe that the modified plan delivers improved environmental, social and cultural outcomes for the site and our neighbours.

Frasers and our sustainability partner, the Institute of Sustainable Futures at the neighbouring University of Technology, have developed key initiatives to ensure that Frasers Broadway reflects the latest thinking and most up-to-date technology in the fast-moving sustainability industry.

We welcome your input to our planning process, and I’d like to personally encourage you to offer your perspective on this important Sydney precinct. You can do this by visiting the feedback section of this website.
