Welcome to the Central Park community consultation website. On this website, Frasers Property endeavours to provide up-to-date information on the Central Park project – a $2 billion precinct featuring commercial, residential and retail space in Chippendale, on the site of the old Carlton & United Brewery.
In February 2010, the New South Wales Department of Planning gave Frasers approval to commence building the main park – the centrepiece of this urban renewal project and a significant new green space for the people of Chippendale. Frasers commenced construction works immediately to deliver the public park and related infrastructure, including roads and footpaths. We expect to complete the main park in 12 months, at which point it will be handed over to the City of Sydney. This is an exciting time for Central Park and for Frasers, as our plans for this new neighbourhood begin to take shape. Please go to The Project menu to read more about Central Park or visit www.centralparksydney.com to stay in touch with the marketing of the precinct. Thank you for your interest in Central Park. We look forward to having ongoing dialogue with you in the future. Dr Stanley Quek
